Scopul unui audit este de a monitoriza conditiile de utilizare a software-ului. Un \u201eaudit de conformitate\u201d consta in verificarea concordantei dintre autorizatiile de utilizare definite contractual (licente si drepturi) si utilizarea efectiva a software-ului.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>La SAM Romania ajutam clientii sa valorifice drepturile contractuale si sa ia cele mai bune decizii intr-o situatie plina de incertitudini, asa cum este un audit.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Am lucrat la peste 100 de audituri realizate de Microsoft in numeroase tari. <br \/>Din aceasta experienta, am dezvoltat metodologii de gestionare, management al comunicarii si tehnici de colectare de date, replic\u00e2nd procesele utilizate de auditorii Microsoft. Astfel, avem un singur obiectiv: sa oferim suport obiectiv clientilor nostri, minimiz\u00e2nd impactul financiar al auditurilor si cre\u00e2nd practici solide de maganagement al drepturilor de utilizare pentru licentele achizitionate.<\/span><\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Cum sa minimizezi impactul auditurilor de licentiere Microsoft?<\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>In cazul unui audit Microsoft, primul pas este crearea unui cadru sigur pentru desfasurarea acestuia. <br \/>Care este domeniul de aplicare? Producatorul este de acord cu lista drepturilor tale contractuale? Poate furniza o descriere detaliata a metricilor, anexata la protocolul de audit?<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Te ajutam sa realizezi colectarea de date si sa faci o analiza de conformitate in paralel sau chiar inaintea verificarii efectuate de auditor, evit\u00e2nd astfel conflictele inutile cauzate de date eronate. Anticipam situatiile in care sfaturile neclare, greselile neintentionate sau rezultatele fals pozitive care ar putea pune in pericol compania ta.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Daca este necesar, oferim un contra-raport bine argumentat si complet, lu\u00e2nd in considerare at\u00e2t clauzele favorabile pe care compania ta le-a semnat, c\u00e2t si clauzele nefavorabile care nu ti-au fost prezentate spre aprobare.<br \/>Folosind instrumentele noastre, stim cum sa optimizam alocarile, sa reducem riscurile si, astfel, sa minimizam sau chiar sa eliminam impactul financiar al auditului Microsoft. <\/span><\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Puncte cheie in gestionarea unui audit de licentiere Microsoft<\/span><\/h2><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Anticipeaza un audit<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Exista anumiti \u201edeclansatori\u201d care ii motiveaza pe producatori in general ca sa initieze un audit de licentiere.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\">Printre exemple se numara pierderea unei licitatii pentru un contract, reducerea cheltuielilor pentru licente sau mentenanta, schimbari in structura companiei, modificarea schemei de subcontractare sau a echilibrului dintre operatiunile cloud si on-premises, precum si apropierea unui termen contractual. <br \/>Este esential sa tii cont de aceste semnale pentru a evalua probabilitatea unui audit si pentru a-l anticipa printr-o analiza preventiva sau un audit simulat.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Pastreaza controlul in timpul auditului Microsoft<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Esti sigur ca ai control asupra auditului? <br \/>Poate crezi ca ai impus conditiile tale, dar esti sigur ca auditorul nu avea deja in plan sa iti ofere \u201efavorurile\u201d pe care crezi ca le-ai negociat? <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Cu sprijinul SAM Romania, vei avea certitudinea ca detii controlul, beneficiind de experienta noastra acumulata in peste 100 de audituri negociate alaturi de clientii nostri.<\/span><\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Minimizeaza impactul financiar al auditului<\/span><\/h3><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Chiar si atunci c\u00e2nd crezi ca esti pregatit, un audit Microsoft se finalizeaza adesea cu cheltuieli costisitoare si neprevazute. <br \/>O negociere abila poate reduce suma datorata, dar este pretul corect? \u201eOferta\u201d facuta de editor nu este niciodata avantajoasa pentru client.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; white-space: pre-wrap;\"><br \/>Cu noi, ai garantia ca nu vei face greseli. Vei cunoaste din timp continutul raportului de audit, remedierea problemelor va fi finalizata inainte de discutiile finale, iar noi vom crea un al doilea raport de audit care va asigura ca platesti suma minima posibila si ca ajungi la cel mai bun acord cu auditorul.
